THN’s range of linear components consists of precision shafts, linear ball bearings, linear bearing housing, shaft blocks and shaft support rails. We produce the shafts in our own processing center by length, performing various machining processes.
Precision shafts
THN has been delivering hardened ground shafts, also known as linear precision shafts, for many years, and these are highly resistant to wear due to the hardened exterior and ‘soft’ core. We produce the shafts in our own processing center by length, performing various machining processes.

Linear ball bearings
Linear ball bearings ensure good linear conduction. THN has an extensive range of linear ball bearings in shaft diameters of 5 mm to 60 mm and from 1/4" to 2" in a wide range of forms and types.

Linear bearing housings
Linear bearing housings for a fastening linear ball bearings securely. An open version is available for the majority of bearing housings for use with shaft support rails. For a play-free effect, an adjustable version of the bearing housing is almost always available.

Shaft support blocks
Shaft support blocks are used to secure ‘floating’ shafts. THN has a standard range of shaft support blocks with four different types. The shaft support blocks are easy to assemble, and the sizes conform to ISO 13012 - 1.

Shaft support rails
Aluminum shaft support rails are used for securing radial drilled hardened and ground shafts onto the base. Shaft support rails are usually applied in combination with ‘open’ linear ball bearings.
